Payment + Refunds

All payments for the coaching, bodywork, workshops, and retreats, as well as any programs or products discussed on this website are to be made in US Dollars (USD). All USD advertised pricing includes processing fees. All payments are due at or before the time of service, unless otherwise arranged with Dr. JOYLYN Sparkles and the HAPPINESS clinic.

Private Coaching Packages and Programs

Payment for individual coaching is required before the beginning of the session. If payment is not received prior to the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be delayed until payment is received. Time missed due to the delay will not be made up or added to the appointment. If payment is more than twenty (20) minutes late, the session may be cancelled at the discretion of the provider.

Individuals who have purchased one-on-one, ongoing coaching packages may cancel out of the program at any time before the first session and receive a full refund. If an individual wishes to discontinue after beginning a program, written notice must be submitted to JOYLYN@ihappentothings.com. If proper notification is received, the refund will be pro-rated based on percentage of the package used and access to program content will be terminated. 

No refunds will be given for any completed coaching sessions.

All coaching packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Unless arranged prior to the expiry date, any sessions left at that time will be lost and no refund will be given.

The client will be charged for any appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.

Group Coaching + Memberships

A full refund will be given to an individual with written notice of cancellation provided to the HAPPINESS clinic, in writing to JOYLYN@ihappentothings.com within the first 7 days of the program. If said individual wishes to opt out after 7 days, a refund will be pro-rated based on percentage of the package used and access to program content will be terminated.  

Access to coaching material given through a course is exclusively available through the duration of the course, unless otherwise specified.

HAPPINESS Brain Training Program

HAPPINESS Brain Training is a group training run through Telegram. Individuals who have purchased the program agree to the terms of the Telegram app, as well as the terms of to the HAPPINESS Brain Training Success Accelerator program, and of the HAPPINESS clinic as outlined below.

Group chat invitation is exclusively for individuals who have purchased HAPPINESS Brain Training, and is not to be shared.

Individuals understands that this is a group coaching program and agrees to participate within the arranged application and platform according to the instructions provided in the digital download received upon purchase.

Individuals agree to honor and respect the other members in the group, and honor confidentiality of each individual participant in the group. Participants also understand that confidentiality cannot be 100% guaranteed through this group arrangement, and so also agrees to honor his/her own confidentiality by either expressly requesting confidentiality from members for specific posts, or choose not to share any information which may cause any harm if shared outside of the group chat. the HAPPINESS clinic is not responsible for any damage or injury from any such breech by a member that is not an agent of the HAPPINESS clinic.

A full refund will be given to an individual with written notice of cancellation provided to the HAPPINESS clinic, in writing to JOYLYN@ihappentothings.com within the first 7 days of the program. No refunds will be given after 7 days has passed from the date of the first program prompt sent.

Your inclusion in the program will terminate in 66 days. You must re-enroll in the program or have purchased an annual membership if you wish to continue after 66 days.

Live Events

the HAPPINESS clinic live events, including, but not limited to workshops and seminars, require payment in full at the time of event. If the participant believes that he/she has not received value from the event, he/she can request a refund by notifying Dr. JOYLYN Sparkles in writing at JOYLYN@ihappentothings.com within 24 hours after the event’s conclusion. The participant is required to provide adequate justification for their request to assist in qualifying their request and improving future events.  If it is agreed that genuine value has not been received, a refund or stop payment will be processed. 

Live event ticket reservations are refundable via written notice to JOYLYN@ihappentothings.com up to 72 hours prior to the event. 

Unless otherwise arranged, no-shows to any live event will be charged the full amount after the event, regardless of the lack of attendance, in order to cover the expenses invested to reserve their seat.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to a live event to any disruptive, intoxicated, offensive or argumentative attendees. No refund will be given.

VIP tickets for the live event cost are an additional cost per person. VIP tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another eligible person up to 48 hours prior to the event with written notification to the HAPPINESS clinic at JOYLYN@ihappentothings.com. 

Coaching packages, individual or group, and retreat payments may be paid in a single payment or on a payment plan.  The payment will be taken automatically from the nominated credit card on the same date of each month.  Commitment to a payment plan is assumed until the full payment is successfully completed. 

A full refund for the HAPPINESS clinic retreats will be made up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event, less a $50 administrative fee. If the cancellation is made less than fourteen (14) days before the event, a 50% refund of the registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be given. Once the event has begun no refund will be given.

As stated above, payments made by credit card will be automatically processed on the monthly due date.  If the credit card bounces for any reason, attempts to charge will be made in the following days/weeks.  If the card continues to bounce or rejects the payment, or if a charge-back is claimed by the client or their bank, the matter will be handled internally with written notice. If resolution is not achieved within 28 days, the matter will be transferred to a debt collection agency.

Invoices for any the HAPPINESS clinic program can be requested at any time by emailing JOYLYN@ihappentothings.com.

There is a no child policy at the HAPPINESS clinic services and events, unless otherwise specified, or arrangements made prior to said service/event. This policy exists in order to ensure professionalism and a comfortable environment for all other attendees; and applies to babies, primary school, and middle school aged children. If you present to a service or event with a child without previous consent, you may be denied access to the service/event or charged for a second service or event ticket.

Digital Products

No refunds can be granted on our digital products.

Fees

Late arrival: As a courtesy to other clients, late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment time, thus your session will be shortened. If you are 15 minutes late for a scheduled session, we reserve the right to cancel your scheduled appointment and charge you for the appointment.

No-show: Your appointment is forfeited and full payment for the session will be applied and/or collected before the beginning of any subsequent session.
