This program is a group coaching program. The built in group dynamic enhances and facilitates the changes you are making and offers a community to engage and celebrate with.

Is this an individual or group coaching program?


All coaching is done via Telegram. You will be given the link to join when you enroll in the program, along with detailed instructions and additional resources needed for successful implementation and completion of the program.

You will receive morning and evening coaching prompts via Telegram.

Dr. JOYLYN will initiate a private chat with you in the last week of your program for your Celebration Session.

How is coaching delivered?


Yes and no.
The goal of this program is to give you the tools to successfully create a new habit, thought process, way of being.
The design of this class focuses on one target/goal at a time. The range of effects will vary by individual and on the goal you select to focus on in this program.
