Corona Virus...Get me a Lime

If you take a step back and look at the way this pandemic is being handled, you can see the absolute investment in REACTION.

...being behind the 8 ball, so to speak.

All the news and media coverage stresses testing, quarantining, vaccine development. It’s fear mongering... ALL REACTION.

WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THE MOST EMPOWERING THING WE CAN DO?

That is to STRENGTHEN THE IMMUNE SYSTEM.

Just like the HAPPINESS clinic's tagline⏤when you know your power, you know that things don't happen to you, YOU happen to things.

YOU can happen to the corona virus, Covid19, by boosting your immune system and telling it "the buck stops here."

That's not to say you won't get it, but it is to say that you will not be afraid of it or be overcome by it. You will not stop living your life because of it; and you know how to handle your shit regardless of it.

We have to stop staring at the problem⏤it only makes the problem look bigger. Let us remember H1N1, SARS, swine flu, and see the pattern of hyped media coverage, fear mongering and emotional reactivity. Let’s BE different this time.


RESPOND INSTEAD OF REACT.

HERE'S HOW TO STRENGTHEN YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
1. Rest.
If you're tired, feeling worn down or symptomatic, take a break. Go to sleep. Your immune system loves when you sleep. When you sleep, you let the immune system have all the energy you aren't using on movement and emotional reactivity to use on cellular defense, repair, and regeneration.

2. Water. Filtered (not by reverse osmosis⏤it's not as hydrating. I only have anectdotal evidence at this point. Will present more when I have time to dedicate to that research). No sugar or processed additives, either. Your body needs more water than it's getting, especially if it's handling stress or fighting infection.

3. Nutrients. B vitamins and magnesium are SUPER important, involved in almost every metabolic reaction in your body; and are burned up in stress. You need those⏤media is stressful and so is illness. Also add more Vitamin D and Zinc for immune boost. (There are LOTS of immune boosters, I'm just giving some basics here.) Eat vegetables! Cut back on the processed crap. It depletes your body. Trust me. Lots and lots of research on this, but not going to list it here. You can Google it.

4. Rest. It's that important.

5. HAVE FUN. LAUGH. This is the missing ingredient in whole health!! Laughter boosts SIgA levels; T, B, and NK cell activity (those are the immune system all-star cells for infection). Belly laughing can also improve lymph flow, getting more of those immune cells where they need to be.

Have fun. Laugh. Enjoy YOU and living your life ⃪THAT is how you will happen to the corona virus and any/every other problem in your life.
